I really appreciated reading about your journey and the questions and people that enlivened your search for meaning and full integration. I often tell my students that I wish to attend to all aspects of their being as it pertains to their mind, body, and spirit. We must continue to excavate and make legible this tradition of meaning making in our communities. Keep holding it down my brother. Oneheart!

Thank you, my Brother.

Your observation regarding excavation and making these traditions legible deeply resonates. Increasingly, I find myself reflecting upon how much wisdom remains present within our communities, yet many often lack the language, frameworks, or spaces necessary for its transmission to the next generation.

I appreciate your continued commitment to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of your students and helping cultivate that same sense of wholeness. The world needs more scholars willing to attend to the entirety of the human being rather than merely one dimension of development.

And if I may borrow your benediction, Oneheart.
