The International Meditation Hour was conceived as a shared pause—a space to step out of momentum and return to something more fundamental—Pure Consciousness.
In this session, I offer a brief arc of my own journey, not as biography, but as context: how early contemplative experiences, academic study, and learning Transcendental Meditation (TM) gradually converged into a life shaped by teaching, research, and service. What follows is less an explanation than an invitation—to sit together in silence and to notice what becomes available when the mind is allowed to settle naturally.
At the heart of this hour is a twenty-minute period of silent meditation. The silence is intentional and unedited. It is not background or interlude, but the centre of the experience.
My hope is simple: that this session offers a moment of inner stability, and a reminder that meditation is not an escape from the world, but a foundation for engaging it with greater clarity and care.
As always, take from this what is useful, and allow the rest to unfold quietly in its own time.
